The Bayview Black History Bike Ride

Join en2action for the Bayview Black History Bike Ride, a community celebration of culture, connection, and the powerful stories that shape Black history in San Francisco. This in-person ride invites participants to pedal through the Bayview while exploring significant landmarks that highlight Black heritage and community impact. Expect coffee and a light breakfast to start the day, guided storytelling stops along the route, snacks, trivia prizes, and special zines created by Fred Noland. Riders of all levels are welcome to join this meaningful and fun experience on wheels.

There are two ways to participate. You can join the full ride by meeting at 9:00 AM at the MLK Memorial and riding to the Southeast Community Center, enjoying stories, community stops, and connection along the way. Or, you can join the second leg only by meeting at 11:30 AM at the Southeast Community Center and riding to Smoke Soul Kitchen. However you choose to ride, come ready to celebrate, connect, and experience Black history in motion.
