Public Space Activation
We transform underutilized spaces into vibrant community hubs—like the Food Pavilion at India Basin and Bayview Bistro—where local businesses, artists, and residents come together for markets, performances, and celebrations. These activations increase foot traffic, foster economic mobility, and strengthen neighborhood identity.

Projects
From pop-up events to beautification initiatives, our projects are shaped by community input and designed to address local needs and concerns. We work alongside residents and partners to create lasting improvements in public spaces and quality of life.
Technical
Assistance Workshops
We offer free and low-cost workshops on entrepreneurship, culinary skills, and event production, as well as one-on-one technical assistance for small businesses and nonprofits. Our hands-on approach helps build capacity, confidence, and pathways to economic independence.
