Andrea Baker, CEO/Executive Director

Pronouns: She/Her

Andrea has significant experience in engaging community stakeholders, facilitating planning discussions and developing strategies for building vibrant commercial corridors in emerging neighborhoods. She previously worked as a Project Manager for Mayor Ed Lee’s Office of Economic & Workforce Development (OEWD), as well as for the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Andrea was previously awarded the National Coalition for 100 Black Women's Entrepreneurship Award, co-founded 3S Consulting Firm and currently serves on the board of the Shipyard Trust for the Arts (STAR) and Bayview Merchants Association.

Këri Bolding, Deputy Director

Pronouns: She/Her

Këri brings En2action over 25 years of diverse experience in communications, climate and clean energy work, education, and program management.

She works to enhance and grow all of En2action's programs, community engagement initiatives, and partnership-driven projects, as well as build the organization's identity, climate change initiatives, and positive community impact.

She holds an Masters in Education focused on U.S. Education in the Global Context, and degree in Communications from Stanford University.

Judith McRae, Chief Operations Officer

Pronouns: She/Her

With a background in technology and leadership in the finance industry, Judith brings extensive experience to the role of Interim COO at En2action. As a passionate advocate for the prosperity of black and brown communities, Judith brings her expertise to help drive the success of En2action in fulfilling its mission by creating a culture of continuous learning and maximizing the efficient use of all available resources.

Beyond her professional achievements, Judith has a deep appreciation for the arts and actively engages in creative pursuits such as watercolor painting and handcrafted jewelry making. Judith is a dedicated sports fan and enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and experiences. With a strong sense of family values, Judith understands the importance of fostering strong relationships within the En2action community.

By stepping into the role of Interim COO, Judith aims to lay a solid foundation for the organization's future growth and success. Working closely with Andrea and the team, Judith is committed to supporting En2action's mission, values, and ongoing collaboration with community stakeholders.

Abraham Vallin, Senior Program Manager

Abraham has developed and fulfilled multi-lingual engagement strategies for small businesses, residents, and key stakeholders. His role at En2action involves ensuring community outreach campaigns are successful from initial ideation to completion, leading team management emphasizing timeliness and focus, oversight of project scopes, and reporting key findings. Before joining En2action, he was responsible for on-site logistics, gathering public input for several San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) ConnectSF project phases, and facilitating several San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) town halls and events.

On Abraham’s day off, you can catch him admiring natural viewpoints throughout the Bay Area, cooking inside with the help of his two cats, and singing along to Spanish music in his car.

Yami Henry, Junior Project Manager

Yami is currently pursuing her MPA degree and brings experience in program evaluation, project management, and operations. At En2Action she hopes to strengthen and continue the Sell Black program and continue working with the community. Long term, she is interested in doing analytical work in the policy arena to advance for Black communities.

Mauri Sanders, Junior Project Manager

Pronouns: She/Her

Mauriauna “Mauri” Sanders is a San Francisco native with an entrepreneurship, project management, and product development background. After graduating from Mission High School, Mauri started her first clothing line/non-profit that encouraged the youth to explore the world of entrepreneurship and worked with individuals in the community to provide them with resources to establish their small businesses. Mauri’s entrepreneurial foundation earned her a project manager role at Super7, a commercial branding and engagement agency. There, she worked with manufacturers to create commercially successful collectibles for large media conglomerates like Disney. Her years of experience in event planning and interest in serving her community have led her to her role at En2action. Mauri’s primary duties are ensuring that community outreach projects are executed thoughtfully and successfully through her writing and ability to craft various materials. Mauri enjoys baking cakes, designing clothes, and spending time with family and friends outside of work.

Raina Jackson, Assistant Project Manager

Raina was born and raised in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury neighborhood and is a longtime Oakland resident. She lived in Brooklyn and Harlem, NY, for many years and has 15 years of experience in marketing and sales management and product education and development in the beauty and wellness industries.

As the owner of a local self care products brand, Raina first learned about En2action through Sell Black. She graduated from the program in the 2021-2022 cycle and received support to build a highly competitive e-commerce website and digital marketing plan. Later she jumped at the opportunity to work at En2action, out of appreciation for the thorough technical assistance and support she received. "I am proud to support En2action’s mission to serve small businesses owned by local Black entrepreneurs like myself."

Raina holds a BA degree in Socio-Linguistics and Cultural Anthropology from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from New York University. She has over 7 years of experience in the SF Bay Area cannabis industry in field marketing and distribution managment and is a DEI advocate on a local, statewide, and national level.

Brenda Beebe, Outreach and Distribution Staff

A Dogpatch native, Brenda has owned and operated her own business.

Her work at En2action involves doing outreach, distribution, and assisting at events.

Niat Sebhatleab, Assistant Project Manager

Pronouns: She/Her

Niat, is a proud Eritrean immigrant by way of Ethiopia, the oldest of four and the family favorite.

Niat holds an associates in Social and Behavioral Science from CCSF and bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Urban economics from San Francisco State University. She utilizes her interdisciplinary studies and honed abilities in process development and project management to build bridges between available resources and underserved communities.

She is passionate about restorative justice, equitable civic engagement and seeks to shape discourse that centers unheard voices and unseen perspectives. In her free time she enjoys planning social events, going out and finding an adventure, or cozying up to watch a good movie. Niat lives by the quote "There is beauty in the madness, trust the process and see everything through"

Jessica Nguyen, Assistant Project Manager

Pronouns: She/Her

Jessica is a Bay Area native from East Side San Jose. With a background in nonprofit, K-12 schools, and higher education, Jessica brings skills in research, program evaluation and implementation. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. Education Policy, Leadership, and Research Methods from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).

Before En2action, Jessica led research projects with UCSB’s ÉXITO program to inform the curriculum development and teacher training processes of K-12 Ethnic Studies course implementation. She draws from her cross-cultural experience as a former Asian American Studies educator, researcher, and international teacher in Singapore and Vietnam to center marginalized perspectives while using data to design structural pathways for underrepresented communities. She has previously volunteered with organizations serving sex-trafficking survivors in Vietnam and the homeless population in San Jose.

In her free time, she enjoys amateur boxing, watching stand up comedy, trying Instagram reel recipes, and exploring cafes in the city.
