Andrea Baker
Andrea Baker is the CEO and Executive Director of EnAction, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing community engagement and economic empowerment in underserved areas and Black communities. With a strong background in community development, Andrea has successfully engaged stakeholders and developed strategic plans to revitalize commercial corridors in emerging neighborhoods. Before founding EnAction, she held various roles, including Principal at Andrea Baker Consulting and Project Manager for the Mayor’s Office of Economic & Workforce Development in San Francisco.
Andrea’s leadership and contributions have been recognized with several awards, including the Madame C.J. Walker Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2024 and the Jefferson Award in 2022. She actively serves on multiple boards, including the San Francisco Disability Business Association and Shipyard Trust for the Arts, and was appointed by Supervisor Shamann Walton as the District 10 business member of the San Francisco Public Utilities Community in 2023. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University and has completed executive programs at Darden Business School.
